Who will you meet at the conference? An overview of CONFidence attendees
In 2023, the CONFidence conference gathered 1600 attendees. Quite a community, don’t you think? Imagine meeting that many cybersecurity-oriented people in one place… This will be possible again on 27-28 May 2024. Let’s find out who you can network with during CONFidence at EXPO Krakow.
CONFidence attendees represent various areas of IT: from banking and fintech to governmental institutions, energy, mobile, and ICT industries, the automotive sector, software, insurance, and security solutions. Among companies that send their teams to educate at CONFidence, you’ll find IBM, Volvo, Ryanair, Huawei, Allegro, Standard Chartered, and ESET.
43% of our attendees have over 10 years of experience in IT (plus 17% – over 6 years and 16% – over 4 years). That’s why most of the content is dedicated to mid/senior specialists, and the agenda includes many technical talks. However, with special student tickets and a group of people on the entry level in the cybersecurity industry, there are also some sessions for those starting a career in IT security.
In this community, you will find cybersecurity specialists, team leaders, IT security consultants, penetration testers, security researchers, DevOps engineers, software developers, and CISOs.
How can you meet them? Apart from regular breaks and lunch, there will be an additional longer break as requested. More time to make valuable contacts and discuss ideas that emerged during the lectures!
Next chance: Community Corner. You can talk with representatives of the main cybersecurity organizations in Poland and find out how to actively join the community. And if you’re up to some teamwork, find your mates and take up the Flag Hunt challenge – prizes are waiting.
