Where is CONFidence organised?
CONFidence 2024 will be held at EXPO Krakow.

How can I buy a ticket for the conference?
You can buy your ticket via https://eventory.cc/event/confidence-2024/tickets

Do I get a discount if I register a larger group of people?
To find out about discount opportunities, email: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl. I’m sure we’ll come to an agreement!

How can I use the discount code?
During registration in the field „Discount code” enter the code you received, when the code is entered correctly the ticket price will be reduced.

How can I pay for my participation in the conference?
When registering you can choose one of the available payment methods: PayPal, PayU, card payment or traditional bank transfer. If you choose to pay offline, at the final stage of registration you will see the amount to be paid along with transfer details. You can make the payment on their basis or on the basis of a pro-forma invoice, which we will send in a separate message within 7 working days of registration. Proformas are usually sent the same day you register or the following day.

When do the price thresholds for tickets increase?

I have a ticket. What else do I need to do to join an event?
Once you have received your event ticket, take it to the registration stand and show us. Then we will give you the conference ID. You can also join the event in the Eventory app.
Additionally, before the event, we will email each attendee a link to join the event directly, along with instructions (also check your SPAM box). However, if you don’t see the email, please contact us at the following email address: monika.barnas@proidea.org.pl

Can the ticket be transferred to another person?
Yes, PROIDEA allows changing the list of participants. The change of Participant must be notified to PROIDEA at least 5 days before the beginning of the Conference. The change of Participant requires the registration form to be filled out again and the User to send information about the change of Participant to the e-mail address: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl, along with indicating information about the persons to whom the change applie

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Yes, but you only have until 28.04.2024 to do so, please contact rejestracja@proidea.org.pl to cancel.

Where can I find the conference agenda?
When the agenda is ready you will find it on the website https://confidence-conference.org/ and in the eventory app.

Who is the agenda of CONFidence addressed to?
The subject matter of CONFidence is addressed to experts, amateurs, professionals and IT Security.

Are all the lectures held in English?
The agenda may include lectures in Polish.

How can I rate and comment on lectures?
You can rate and comment on lectures via the Eventory app. All you need to do is to enter the topic of the selected lecture or the name of the Speaker.

How can I contact other participants and speakers?
You can contact conference participants and speakers using the direct messenger in the Eventory app, which also allows you to make appointments or on-site in Krakow.

Will there be lunch for participants at the conference?
Yes. We provide meals to participants during the on-site event.

Who is organizing CONFidence?
The organizer of CONFidence is PROIDEA – a company dealing with the production and comprehensive organization of Polish and international events. We specialize in events from the IT/tech industry, and we actively work to develop this market in Central and Eastern Europe. During the 20 years of our activity, we have gained the trust of many international specialists, who regularly share their knowledge at our conferences.
