FLAG HUNT 2025 – TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE!

Did you join Pan Twardowski in last year’s legendary mission to retrieve the missing flags? This year, alongside the 17 53c foundation, we invite you to a new edition of the FLAG HUNT – this time, in honor of a true Kraków legend: the CONFidence conference itself!

CONFidence is turning 20, and we’re throwing a massive birthday bash! Humans, robots, hackers, and partygoers alike are gathering for this epic celebration. As part of the festivities, the flags have been hidden everywhere – on a special Flag Hunt website and all around the conference venue. Can you find them all?

Date: 2 June 2025 (1st day of CONFidence)
Where: On-site at CONFidence 2025
What you need: A laptop – and your hacker mindset! Most flags won’t be easy to spot and may require clever tools or a bit of technical wizardry.

Visit the 17 53c stand during the event – the team will be there with tips, hints, and help for any technical issues you encounter.

Cool prizes await the top hunters!
The winners will be awarded on the opening of the 2nd day of CONFidence (3 June 2025).

You can play solo or join forces with others. If you’re competing as a team, register just one account in the contest system.

Please note: prizes are awarded per placement, not per person. We’ll award teams of up to 5 members – feel free to team up with more, but keep prize limits in mind. Check the rules here.
