Łukasz Basa
Łukasz is a IT Security Team Leader in Allegro. He has over a dozen years of professional experience in the area of cybersecurity, building and managing IT infrastructure. He started his professional path working on creating innovative authentication systems using USSD communication and then spent a decade in the financial sector maintaining IT security in banks from the Polish TOP10. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, majoring in computer science. Holder of industry-specific CISSP, CEH, PN-EN ISO / IEC 27001: 2017-06 Lead Auditor certificates. In his spare time, Łukasz shares his knowledge by conducting industry trainings and works on increasing the security awareness of Internet users.
Gynvael Coldwind
HexArcana CybersecurityAn enthusiast programmer with a passion for computer security and low-level aspects of IT. Coldwind authored the bestselling “Zrozumieć Programowanie” (“To Understand Programming”) book, co-authored the “Praktyczna Inżynieria Wsteczna” (“Reverse Engineering in Practice”), as well as numerous articles, publications, podcasts and lectures devoted to mentioned topics. In 2013, he was awarded a Pwnie Award (together with Mateusz Jurczyk) in the “Most Innovative Research” category in the field of computer security. Coldwind is the co-founder and former captain of Dragon Sector – historically one of the best competitive security teams in the world. He’s also the co-creator of Hackeler8 – an e-sport hacking competition and creator of Paged Out! – an experimental technical magazine. He spent most of his 17-year professional career on Google’s information security team. Currently he’s the managing director of HexArcana Cybersecurity GmbH.
Wojciech Dworakowski
SecuRingIT security consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field. OWASP Poland Chapter Leader and managing partner at SecuRing. Has led multiple security assessments and penetration tests especially in the sector of financial services and public institutions. A lecturer at many security conferences, e.g. AppSec EU, BSides London, SECURE, CONFidence, Security Audit and Management Forum. Main areas of interests include: financial systems security, malware prevention, threat modelling, security in development lifecycle.
Adam Lange
Standard CharteredAdam is a Head of Cyber Threat Hunting Team in Global Cyber Defense Centre for one of the largest global financial institution. In spare time he hunts threat actors, doing malware analysis and coding security tools and systems. Adam has a over two decades of IT and IT Security experience at offensive (red) and defensive (blue) side. Frequent speaker at security related conferences such as Confidence, SECURE, Security bSides Warsaw and What The H@ck. Retro gaming and Demoscene fan.
Paweł Maziarz
AlphasecOver the past 20 years, Paweł has accumulated extensive experience as an expert and architect in security systems. Initially, he worked as a network and Unix/Linux systems administrator, then transitioned into programming, followed by roles as a pentester and IT system security architect. In recent years, he has conducted advanced simulations of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attacks and developed privately inaccessible software simulating complex malware, contributing significantly to enhancing cybersecurity levels for companies worldwide, including Poland, Switzerland, Ireland, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Latvia, and Romania. He specializes in social engineering attacks and physical security (proximity cards, access control systems, etc.).
Recognized as a top-rated speaker at significant industry conferences such as Confidence, What The H@ck, Techrisk, and among the leading presenters at several others like Semafor, PLNOG, BSides Warsaw. Paweł has taught classes at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in the ‘System Security’ course and is currently conducting sessions at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. He played a pivotal role in developing the red-team division at one of the Big Four companies and co-founded Immunity Systems. Presently, he is the founder of Alphasec and the creator of bespoke training programs known under the brand APT Masterclass.
Gaweł Mikołajczyk
Intuition Machines Inc.Gawel is currently responsible for Cyber Security Practice at Intuition Machines Inc., creators of hCaptcha.
Recently, he has been building, growing and running Managed Detection and Response Security Operations Center (SOC) organizations, including Discovery Inc. (2021), Tieto / TietoEVRY 2017-2021 and Cisco (2015-2017).
Earlier, he spent more than a decade in Architect, Security Consulting and Systems Engineering roles. He holds a collection of industry certificates, has been speaking at many conferences in the past on subjects related to Security Operations Center and Network Security.
Gawel is also a lecturer at Cybersecurity Management Postgraduate Studies at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Monika Miłoch
ING Hubs Poland/ INGMonika is a Director of Tooling and Analytics Area in Global IT Security Cluster (@ING CISO). She has more than 12 years of experience in various cybersecurity roles focusing on vulnerabilities management. She started her professional career at ING from IT Security Engineer and then moved to managerial positions to build IT Security teams and run capabilities on a global scale for dispersed IT components at ING. She is currently responsible for tools development and analytics enabling the right IT Risk related decisions. Double graduate of IT studies (University of Economics in Katowice, Jagiellonian University), ITSec conferences speaker and member of mentorship’s programs.
Michał Purzyński
Michal Purzynski works for the Incident Management and Digital Forensics groups at the Google’s Detection and Response organization.
Previously a leader of the Threat Management group at Mozilla, he has Seen Things, hunted threat actors and helped protect hundreds of millions of Firefox users. One of his life’s goals is to make the bad guys’ lives miserable. His ideal incident response is best described as “they didn’t even know what hit them” Michal published some code for the Bro IDS, spun up Suricata above and beyond 40Gbit/sec and has been an active member of the NSM community sharing his findings at conferences.
Tomasz Wodziński
He has many years of practical professional experience related to the protection of company information resources, architecture, and software development with a strong emphasis on ensuring the quality of the software development cycle. On a daily basis, he deals with the identification and searches for the latest techniques of hacker attacks on organizations and users whom he protects in cyberspace. He is a master engineer by education, a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology. He is a lecturer at studies related to cybersecurity. It holds industry safety certificates CISSP, GCIH, CEH, CISA, and iso 27001 lead auditor.
Agata Ślusarek
A security analyst who was never told that some information cannot be obtained. She goes on long journeys into the alternative world – magic and criminals. She analyzes threats, resolves incidents, and believes that with good osint (and a bit of patience), anything is possible. She still lives on telegram, but has expanded her area of interest and analysis to include Cybercrime AI.
Krzysztof Wilczyński
